Career Results From The Impact Trainings


I was introduced to the Impact Trainings by a friend/co-worker. Before the trainings I got bored easily at work and even looked for opportunities to leave and get my mind off it. I wasn't happy with my job and I was barely getting by financially.

I am in sales and was only interested in my own success and did not have the client’s needs in mind. I was very selfish and being a part of a sales team didn't matter to me I was in it for me and no one else. Since I have been through the trainings, I am very happy to come to work each and every day. I know I am here to improve the lives of my clients and are concerned of their needs and put theirs before my own. I take shorter lunches and do not want to leave or not be working.

This new attitude combined with putting others before myself has made my income double within the last few months. I know that next year I will make more money than I ever have in a year. Money is nice, but the satisfaction that I get from assisting others in obtaining their dreams means much more to me. These trainings have been a tremendous blessing not only in my life, but also for my family and the company that I work for. I can't say enough good about the Impact Trainings.

I am so grateful for the Impact Trainings! They have assisted me with not only reaching an even deeper level of happiness, joy and, and a love for life, but they have significantly increased my sales and success at work.

I went through the Impact Trainings in November of last year and I have doubled my sales this year and as a result doubled my income. I not only connect with my clients better, but I am more focused and realize I am in total control of my success.

One of my attractions to the Impact Trainings was what I saw in my co-worker who took the course. Once I decided to register, he told me who else within the company had also done the Training and they were all people I respected, enjoyed working with, and admired for their positive, focused, and successful contributions.

Since the training, my life has become more balanced, I have blown past several personal barriers, I see huge potential, and I have restored broken and damaged relationships within family, friends, and associates. There has been what I could only term as "miracles" in my life. At work I now experience; focus, calm within the storm of politics and change, better communication up, down, and across my work relationships, and increased energy.

When I became aware of the Impact Trainings I saw that several of my teammates were the most successful and influential sales people in the organization and shared a common bond. I came to find out that the bond was that they are all graduates of the Impact Trainings. I observed the results that they continued to achieve and I realized that while I couldn’t afford the training in terms of time away from work or dollars to attend the training, I could NOT afford to put it off.

Attending the Impact Trainings has been the best decision of my life. My sales performance has taken off and I now have a joy and enthusiasm that I had lost. Now, new employees look at my performance and ask how I do it. I smile and joyfully share with them that they can have the same gift of the Training I did, they just have to commit to take on the training for themselves. I urge you not to hesitate. The way Impact Trainings has served my life is a miracle. It woke me up from my unconscious, numb, and destructive state. I was hiding behind my walls so deeply that I could not really feel anything good, and what I did feel was worthlessness and unhappiness. Quest reminded me that I am beautiful, amazing & perfect. It showed me that by living behind my walls I kept myself from feeling love from my family and it kept me from living up to my true potential. I lived in fear. I have learned how much more amazing life is when you live with love and lose the fear.

I have made some amazing breakthroughs in my life. At work I have made a difference in many people's lives. I have put aside my past fears and talked with my boss and my bosses boss and have created a positive situation for myself and my family. I am able to connect and communicate with people and I love it.  I have inspired people at work. They see the difference in me and it has created a work environment that is much better than before.

I have also done this at home. My kids know beyond any doubt that they mean everything to me. I have created trust, passion, honesty, and real connection with my wife which is something that I have long desired and until impact did not know how to attain. She is an amazingly beautiful person who I love with all my heart. I can see the ripple effect taking off as I continue to make a difference and live my contract. I am positive and happier now than I ever have been. So the trainings have been a priceless gift that I have received and now I have the opportunity to give back by giving to others.

The way impact training has served me is huge! I have learned that there is something to learn from everything. I've always loved school, and now I always love life. I have learned that taking risks are worth it, and without taking risks I never grow. I've also love quotes and sayings and now I really love them because they mean even more than I thought they could, by experiencing them in the impact training. I have learned that it is not only okay to be me, but it is a great joy. Impact has given me the tools and techniques to live life to the fullest.

Pre-impact I had a concern about the best way to take care of young children (not having any of my own yet). Being that I now know and recognize what I want, I'm going back to school with all my confidence to be an elementary teacher. Everyday I'm in school I think to myself, how I can bring impact into the classroom. It's very exciting! I'm creating new ideas everyday.

In creating a new career it is said one of the most important things is to network with people. Well, I have always loved my family and we always knew we loved each other. Now we network with each other (opening doors we did not even know we closed) and realize how important it is to stay in touch more often. Impact has brought back networking within my family.

Impact has opened my eyes. I once felt that I carried a large sack of rocks over my shoulder and they got very heavy at times. Impact has shown me that this bag is really filled with presents and I can make it as light as I want by sharing them with others. Thank you impact for drawing out within the knowledge and excitement to live.
